You are INVITED to be a VENDOR who sells products and/or offers services at our Easter Festival Annual Community Family Friendly Event!

In 1 Day, more than 7,000 people attend the FREE REGISTRATION EVENT for an egg hunt, entertainment, live music, prizes, vehicle giveaway, bouncy houses, games, pony rides, and MUCH MORE!!

  • ***VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE AT THE RIVERFRONT PARK FOR SET UP NO LATER THAN 9:30AM. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE PATHS BY 10AM.   NO EXCEPTIONS! 
  • PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP AT 10AM AND EXPECT TO GET IN.  YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY.  SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY! 
  • Vendors are welcome to come to set up as early as 8:30am

*Please know there is NO CHARGE to vendors to participate in the event. All permit fees for the location will be paid for by The River Outreach Ministries. (MUST HAVE YOUR APPLICATION IN BY MARCH 20, 2026)

THE RIVER OUTREACH MINISTRIES (TROM) WILL SUBMIT PAYMENT FOR THE CITY OF SALEM FEES.  YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY THIS, HOWEVER IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HELP WITH THIS, YOU MAY MAKE IT AS AN OFFERING.

*All vendors are required to provide your own tent, table, chairs, and weight to stabilize the booth at each corner. All tables must have tablecloths. If you have a trailer, you must be able to set-up independently and have your own generator as needed.

*Sponsors must contribute by giving a minimum monetary gift of $100 or more towards the event.

Thank you for submitting your vendor application. There's no fee to participate, but please remember to bring your own tent or trailer. Your vendor application will be reviewed by our team at The River Outreach Ministries. Please note that vendor approval is at our discretion.

We do not charge a fee to be a vendor, however we do ask that your business provide something to be given away at the community outreach. Please be sure your donation is given before the event. And YES, a tax donation receipt will be given to anyone after donation has been received. Thank you for helping support this community outreach!

**Also new this year, Tacos La Familia has agreed to deliver food orders to other vendors that are not able to leave their booth.  Menus will be included in the envelops received from Sandy.  You are able to call them directly to place your orders. You may also order earlier (upon your arrival) and have a delivery time assigned. THANK YOU!
